This is THE class to get you, your baby and your family off to a great start! Intended for moms less than 24 weeks along, this class will cover Albuquerque Birth Options and resources, common discomforts and comfort measures, upcoming physical and emotional changes, nutrition and exercise, risks and benefits of medical tests offered in pregnancy, different childbirth preparation philosophies and classes, as well as general Dos and Donts and warning signs for potential problems and MORE. Very comprehensive and a great way to build community and confidence as you begin this inspiring journey.
